If you are coming from Melbourne, take the Dandenong/Pakenham line train to Huntingdale station and catch bus 630 to Monash. If you are coming from the outer south-eastern suburbs or Gippsland, take the Dandenong/Pakenham line train to Clayton station and catch one of bus 631, 703 or 733 to Monash.
