Clustor Case Studies: Drug Simulations: Using Clustor

The Clustor plan file drug.pln creates different sets of parameters for the drug simulations, by substituting different parameter set to the input parameter file from the skeleton file (contains different types of parameters).

The node:execute line runs the drug simulation. The rest of task main copies the output files generated by the drug simulation to the root node with different job name (like injout.dat.0001 ). The input parameters took these values:

prevalence level - from 30% to 90% in 10% jump
probability of sharing - from 1% to 25% in 1% jump

For this exeperiment, the Clustor Generator produced 30625 jobs. Clustor dispatched these jobs over the 15 workstations that were available.
