Water pricing has changed to encourage people to save water. New
prices are on a per household basis:
The first 40 kilolitres of water used each quarter will be charged at 75
cents a kilolitre. Water use between 40 and 80 kilolitres will cost 88
cents a kilolitre and over 80 kilolitres at $1.30 a kilolitre.
What issues are there with this pricing structure?
