Problem description

The problem faced when attempting to generate facial expressions is twofold: first, one must find a method of representing facial expressions, that is, a facial model. This model should describe facial expressions concisely and be able to describe any conceivable expression. Second, a technique for easily generating new facial expressions from old must be found.
