Fourth Order extension

In subsection , it was noted that Wallace and Freeman only took the Taylor-series approximation to the second order and that an extension [#!Dowe:private!#] would be to take the approximation to the fourth order. In this subsection, the steps detailed in section will be repeated and extended to the fourth order.
