Genetic Operators

The application of genetic operators to pFSAs is not a trivial task. Neil and Korb [20] and Sims [17] showed that it is possible to successfully apply genetic algorithms to directed graphs, so a similar method was chosen. There is a fixed global mutation rate which is used to mutate the head part of an agent's chromosome.
