Agent Fitnesses

Fitness can be defined in many ways. For this simulation, it is defined as the number of offspring an agent has. This could be defined as the number of grandchildren, or great-grandchildren, for greater accuracy. Unfortunately, the greater accuracy for counting for an extra generation increases the memory required for the simulation greatly. The mean and variance for the population's fitness is output each epoch.
