Vector Median Filter

The Vector Median Filter works by calculating the total distance
from one pixel to every other pixel in the mask.
The pixel value whose total sum is minimum is chosen as the value
to replace the center pixel.

Tischer Least Change Filter

The Tischer Least Change is an extension to the Vector Median Filter
and only replaces the center pixel if it's total distance to every other pixel
in the mask is at a maximum. The Tischer Least Change replaces the center pixel
by the most similar value to the center pixel in the mask.

n-preserve Filter

The n-preserve filter works by taking the center pixel in the mask
and finding the nth outer nearest neighbour closest to the centrer pixel

Wolf n-preserve Filter

The Wolf n-preserve filter works by finding the nearest neighbour whose value
is closest to that of every other pixel in the preserved region.

Wolf Least Change Filter

The Wolf Least change filter is a hybrid of Tischer Least Change and Wolf n-preserve Filter.
If the pixel is the most outlying it will replace it by the nth preserved value.
