This section mirrors that of the thesis so far. We begin by discussing the nature of computer science research, based on results as presented. The section "Computer Science research in context" is a continuation of the theme started in CS & SE. . "The challenge of Software Engineering in research" continues the themes from "The Software Crisis" in Section . After this, in the section "the problems addressed" we interpret our findings in the context of the problems raised earlier. We conclude this chapter by introducing a new Software Development Life Cycle: RAISER/RESET.
