Setup Base Tahoe Variables

To setup basic variables used by all flow control algorithms, select the "Setup Base Tahoe TCP Variables" option in the "Configure TCP Settings" menu followed by the selected host (Left or Right) to bring up the following panel-

To edit any settings, simply enter the values as desired and press OK when finished. Note that this process can be carried out at any point in the simulation to change the Base Tahoe variable settings used by the TCP for each host.
