7/10

Work going as scheduled, I have cut down the thesis enormously to around 30-40 pages. I have talked to bernd and he says around there is okay as long as it is fine with the supervisor. Since Jim also has no objections, its fine tuning of the thesis from now on. (except for the conclusion and discussion, i have not written that yet). I am going to start on the programmers Guide and link it all in with the JavaDoc.

20/10

I finished the damn programmers Guide. Its around 120 pages and contains everything you need to know to add new Flow Control algorithms into the Simulator, new traffic delay/loss generators and new traffic generator plugins. Also moved most of the implementation notes I had in the thesis into this Guide. Man. My brain is going to melt soon. Still have the users Guide to do. But since assignments are due, I wont be able to start that for a few days. Time is running out, and I STILL have the presentation to prepare for as well. I hope I survive this. All I want to do is pass. :(

23/10

Okay, finished all assignments as well as preparation for the presentation. All that is left is the thesis conclusion, discussion, users Guide and arranging all the other parts into a coherent package. Have to start burning the midnight oil now, cause just entered the last 2 week dash to the finish line.

26/10

Finished drafting the discussion and conclusion to the thesis. Going to have to edit it but I will take a break from it to finish my User's Guide first, together with sample demo files for the Simulator.

I need coffee.
