there. Welcome to my honours website, these pages contain a lot of
information about my academic life and study interests, but be warned,
you'll find that it is extremely crappy and and much of the website
outside the project research content is, you guessed it, still under
construction! I have a very keen interest in image and video
processing and was fortunate enough to be allocated an honours project
centered on content-based image retrieval supervised by Dr. Sid Ray.
I have included a brief background in the field of study in the project
section along with a set of results. The complete collection of my
findings are detailed in my final thesis which is downloadable. The
images used in test cases are also available for examination, along with
the backend and GUI source code. The compiled binaries and
executables are available for download, however, they are only executable
in a Windows XP or Windows 2000/XP environment, it's recommended that the
source code is downloaded and compiled. I have also included links
detailing information which lay down the foundation for my project, the
complete list of references are outlined in my thesis. If you have
