• The thesis directory holds the LaTeX source for the thesis.
• The images directory holds the images needed by the thesis. The directory structure is this way due to the paths of the images relative to the thesis source
• The output directory holds the thesis in PDF and HTML formats
• The examples directory holds Dunnart DRW files which allows a user to interact with the examples used in the thesis in Dunnart. (Dunnart version required is 0.15)
