  • Description : Peter Pecketthas no trouble rounding the 2 chain curve at the site of the Selby landslide. The photo is taken from approximately the site of the original alignment. This curve has recently (July 1999) been eased to 2.5 chains radius by swinging the curve closer to the photographer, and introducing a short reverse curve just at the left end of the picture.
