In this lecture, we explore the question of modelling, and show how focussing upon the what rather than the how gives rise to better specifications.

This example, continued from the previous lecture, shows yet another solution to the problem of extracting too much money from the Coffee Club piggybank. It is our first introduction to the issue of preconditions versus guards.
