When you use the "paging" or email contact function, a message is sent via email and or the paging network.
The paging message sent to a mobile phone is secured by cryptographic scrambling. The scrambling only applies to the radio communication. The message will also travel in clear form via many internet computers to a mail box, and via unscrambled modem link to the GSM mobile phone network.

WWW Page owners will, with some effort, be able to identify the time and place each message was originated.
