When you look at this or any page, a record is created. That record contains information about the computer used to view the page, the date and time of viewing.

When you use the "paging" or email contact function, a message is sent via email and or the paging network.

The paging message sent to a mobile phone is secured by cryptographic scrambling. The scrambling only applies to the radio communication. The message will also travel in clear form via many internet computers to a mail box, and via unscrambled modem link to the GSM mobile phone network.
