School of CSSE Waldorf Salad

This recipe comes with the instructions for running a barbecue within the School of Computer Science and Software Engineering.

Ingredients

• 1 kg (2 lb) red apples (such as red delicious)
• 1 kg (2 lb) green apples (such as granny smith)
• 1 bunch celery
• 75g (2.5 oz) walnuts
• mayonnaise
• lemon juice

Method

Dice apples and celery and chop walnuts. Mix all ingredients together. Serves about 10.
