Headword 1¥Ò¡¼¥é¡¼
Part-of-speechn
English 1healer
Cross-referenceµ§Åø»Õ; µ§»Õ; ¤¤È¤¦¤·
CommentHi - I'm looking for an alternate version of healer (like energy-spiritual
healer), and I thought I discovered a reference here a few weeks ago
to"inoshi" (less common). Now hoever I can't seem to pull it up and I was
looking for the kanji, can you help?

ino = µ§ or Åø ?

shi = »Õ ?

Other variants?

Current Entry¥¥Ä¥Í¥Ù¥é /(n) Hawaiian hogfish (Bodianus albotaeniatus)/ (2541460)
Headword 1¥¥Ä¥Í¥Ù¥é

English 1Hawaiian hogfish (Bodianus albotaeniatus)
English 2tarry hogfish (Bodianus bilunulatus)
English 3saddleback hogfish (Bodianus bilunulatus)
CommentTo the best of my current understanding, the Hawaiian hogfish was once
considered a subspecies of Bodianus bilunulatus, which is why the Japanese
name is the same for both species. Suggest splitting this into two entries based
on current thinking being they are two different species with tary and
saddleback being one entry, and Hawaiian being the other.
