Position: Head of the Caulfield School of Information Technology

I am currently an Associate Professor and Head of the Caulfield School of IT at the Faculty of IT, Monash University
Previously I spent 6 years enjoying post-doc life as a Logan Research Fellow at Monash University
Before that I spent 2 years as a research fellow at both Monash and the University of Melbourne
And even before, I spent 4 years doing my PhD and having fun at the Clip Lab

Interests: I am part of the Optimization and Constraint Solving research group with particular interests in the following

Constraint/Logic Programming Languages
Combinatorial Solving and Optimization
Program Analysis, Compilers
BioInformatics
Parallelism and Automatic Parallelization

G12- Constraint Programming Platform: a software platform for solving large-scale industrial combinatorial optimisation problems. Funded by NICTA.
PoPS: a software tool that models the specificity of any protease by allowing the user to characterise important parameters of this interaction.
SingleAminoacidRepeats: a software tool for the study of single amino acid repeats in proteins.
