Projects: Some current and past research projects include the following
- G12- Constraint Programming Platform: a
software platform for solving large-scale industrial combinatorial optimisation
problems. Funded by NICTA.
- PoPS: a software tool that models the specificity of
any protease by allowing the user to characterise important parameters
of this interaction.
- SingleAminoacidRepeats: a software tool for the study of single amino acid repeats in proteins.
