CSE1303 is a prerequisite unit to a number of 2nd year BSE units. It is offered
only in semester 2 and over summer.
We offer CSE1303 in summer semester so that students from mid year intake
and those who failed in cse1303 in sem 2 can take this subject over the coming
summer.
Although it attracts a fee and is not offered as a HECS subject in summer,
it is advisable to complete this subject for the above group of students.
Waiting to do this subject in the following year in semester 2 will mean
that the student will not have completed this subject in time
for a number of second year BSE units. This might result in students taking longer than four years to complete the course.

for details about fees for local and international students.
Check our noticeboards for details re: Summer semester subjects.
Usually, CSE1303 is offered from early January and lectures and tutorials
run over 3 days/week. For details re: venue, starting/end date, lecture/tute/exam time etc for the coming semester, check the noticeboards.
