The Help Room schedule appears online. This page is for senior/admin tutors and lecturers to book time-slots. This software is a beta release. If they are complex, please store your selections in a text file as a back-up.

Additional information for Lecturers and Head Tutors.

Head-tutors or lecturers requiring a booking to be made in the Help Room for their unit may book times by submitting the form above. If you want different schedules for different weeks, it is fine to submit the form a few times, each time with the appropriate weeks and time-slots selected. Try and keep your schedule regular... it is much easier for all concerned!

This year there are several separate rooms available. Hence clashes will be less of a problem than in previous years. It may take a few days for your request to be processed. Once it has been processed it will appear on the online schedule. If your request has not appeared yet... it has not been processed yet!

Please note that the number of slots you book may need to be justified. These sessions are not intended to replace lecturer consultations... they are in addition to lecturer consultations. Tutors may take these sessions as a part of the "additional hours" they are being paid for taking tutorials and practical sessions. In most cases tutors will not be paid extra for attending these sessions. Sorry :-(
